Shingleback Skink
They have blue tongues-Similar to the giraffe which just so happens to be my favorite animal.
They blink backwards (as in their lower eyelid blinks up)-That's just fucking cool.
To confuse predators, their tails look like their heads-Wouldnt it just suck if your ass looked like your face?
But most importantly:
Unique to the lizard (and sadly, human) geographic, Shingleback Skinks find a compatible mate, and stay with them for the rest of their lives. ♥
